Meropi Armaou was born in Santorini in 1981. She was admitted to the Dental School of the National and Kapodestrian University of Athens in 2000. After graduating she continued with a 3-year postgraduate program in the Laboratory of Dental Prosthetics at the Dental School of Athens, where she received her MSc in Dental Biomaterials with clinical expertise in Dental Prosthetics. She is a research associate in the clinic of Prosthetics of the Dental School of Athens since 2009. She has her own private dental clinic in Athens since 2012 focused on the digital prosthetic rehabilitation, while she completes her doctoral dissertation at the Department of Histology and Embryology of the Medical School of Democritus, University of Thrace, investigating a possible correlation between dental occlusion and the temporomandibular joint structure.
